WN Creative Pages charges very competitive rates for the quality of work and turnaround provided.
VHS/DVD/Audio tape Transcription
- Pricing can be per audio minute or per word. Transcription will include time code every 30 seconds if a video file with burnt-in time code.
- If the video quality is not good (difficult to hear or understand), an extra charge will be made.
- Delivery/pickup of tapes is the responsibility of the customer.
- Transcripts are delivered to customer via email.
- Printing of transcripts can be done but there is an additional charge.
- Final proofreading is the responsibility of the customer.
- My preference is to receive video on DVD or digital files.
Page Layout/Graphic Design/Web Design
- Hourly rate, with a minimum 3 hour charge.
Copy Typing/No Layout or Design
- Hourly rate, with a minimum 1 hour charge.
Rush Charges for Weekend/Evening Work
- If work is required in less than 24 hours, after 6:00 p.m. during the week or on the weekend, an additional charge will be made.

The Quality of Recording Makes a Difference!
It is much easier to type video/audio that is clear and of good quality, which results in it being less expensive for you and the quicker for me to turn it around!
